This is the idle that ECU thinks is best for the engine by taking into account all parameters. Calculated roughly by using FSM value (700 at idle, 850 with A/C).

Parameters include:
- Engine coolant temp
- A/C switch
Normal values:
- ~700 (no load, operating temp)
- ~850 (A/C load only, operating temp)
- cold idle starts ~1060 and gradually comes down with coolant temp increase
Note: Interestingly Electric load does not change this value. It seems to be an internal calculation that increases the injector pulse width but the desired idle remains the same. I did not expect this.
